Swedish Massage/ Therapeutic
Massage
During a Swedish massage, I would use kneading, long strokes, deep circular movements, and passive joint movements. These techniques are meant to relax you, stimulate nerve endings, and increase blood flow and lymph drainage.
A traditional Swedish massage is more for relaxation visits and involves the whole body. You will begin on either your back or your stomach and flip over at the halfway point.
If you have an area of particular concern, such as a tight neck, you may ask me to spend more time in this area. Depending on your preferences, you can ask me to use light, medium, or firm pressure. Therapeutic massage is almost the same process but with more deep relief. It combines the mixtures of deep tissue techniques.
CBD Massage
Traditional massage session performed but with CBD oil or crème! CBD oil (or cannabidiol) is a non-psychoactive component of the cannabis plant that has been reported to help reduce stress, anxiety, and inflammation — but no, it won't get you high.
Beneficially it helps alleviate inflammation, reduce pain, improve blood pressure, improve the health and appearance of skin, speeding up muscle recovery, reducing tension in fascia and soft tissue, reducing pain, relieving headaches, improving digestion, improving overall quality of sleep and much more!
A comprehensive program of soft tissue manipulation techniques that balance the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord and nerves) with the structure and form of the musculoskeletal system (skeleton and muscles of the body). This ties in with checking

Neuromuscular Therapy
Sports Massage
Sports massage is specifically designed for those who are active on a daily basis. It's Okay! You don't have to be an athlete but someone who uses repetitive movements for their everyday living. Sports massage may help muscle pain or restricted range of motion. Sports massage is a system of techniques including stretching, gliding, tapping, trigger point work, and compression.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Techniques could be mixed such as compression and gliding.
Trigger Point Therapy
Stressed or injured muscles often form trigger point or "knots" that cause pain and tightness. Trigger points are painful when pressed on, causing a shortening of the muscle fibers, and have a special property called referred pain. Referred pain means that a trigger point in one muscle can create pain in another area.
For instance, when the muscle at the top of your shoulder (trapezius) has a trigger point it will refer pain up the side of your neck and then the head causing a headache.
Application includes using thumb, elbow, or tools provides direct pressure onto tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.
Cupping Therapy
The produced suction effect from the cups would increase blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area. It relaxes muscle tissues, draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out of the body. I may use cupping therapy by placing cups on certain acupressure points, keeping them on areas for certain period of time. Another way is using the tool and gliding it across body areas (gently pulling stuck tissues apart) throughout the massage for optimal health results.
Hot Stone
Massage
Placement of warmed stones on certain areas of the body, such as acupoints. The stones may be used as a massage tool when gliding or be temporarily left in place. Along with other massage techniques, hot stones can be quite soothing and relaxing as they transmit heat deep into the body.
